Description

You will manage technical developments and system configurations within the SAP and SuccessFactors ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full software development life cycle, from gathering business requirements to preparing technical documentation.
  • Perform SAP and SuccessFactors implementation support, including system configuration and customization.
  • Manage data migration planning and execution.
  • Build integrations between ERP and non-ERP systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Handle system cutover, HRIS administration, bug fixing, and system testing.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience in SAP technical development or a related occupation.
  • Proficiency in SAP ABAP.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors implementation and support.
  • Working knowledge of API and middleware integration.
  • Experience with Webdynpro.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
