Description

Own end-to-end responsibility for the SAP system lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, technical operations, maintenance, change management, and decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform system health checks, logfile analysis, and performance monitoring to ensure stability.
• Lead patching, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery testing in coordination with infrastructure teams.
• Manage end-to-end change requests within the ITSM framework and maintain system architecture documentation.
• Ensure GxP compliance, managing validation, audit readiness, and computer system validation (CSV).
• Monitor CMDB data accuracy, manage technical accounts, and review security policies.

Required Skills

• SAP Basis expertise: system installation, configuration, maintenance, and user/security administration.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Lead or in a comparable technical role.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems and application lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Ability to manage complex systems in GxP-regulated environments.
• Excellent documentation skills for SLC documentation, runbooks, and user manuals.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting GxP impact assessments in collaboration with Quality functions.
• Proficiency in applying lean validation principles for computer systems.
