Description

Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of SAP solutions within the Manage Physical Assets (MPA) / Asset Management domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align functional business needs with scalable technical architectures for the MPA platform.
• Collaborate with GP Workstream leads, product owners, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Guide teams from conceptual design through to successful implementation and delivery.
• Execute business process re-engineering, process design, and significant change management.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP solution design and delivery as an implementation consultant or lead solution architect.
• Strong functional process knowledge in commodity/resources and manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Jira for agile delivery tracking.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or Commercial disciplines.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology and design thinking.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business process re-engineering and structured decision making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
