Lead technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional consultants to deliver architecture, design, and configuration artifacts.
• Analyze, design, and implement business requirements while optimizing application performance.
• Develop applications for data maintenance, migration, and master data change requests.
• Conduct peer and technical code reviews to ensure standards adherence and efficient problem-solving.
• Create comprehensive test plans, manage debugging, and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP development and technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in SAP ABAP, including ALV, LSMW, IDocs, interfaces, BAPI, and RFC.
• Proficiency in SAP R/3, S/4HANA, HANA, and GRC.
• Proven experience managing at least five large finance transformation projects valued at $25M+ annually.
• Ability to prototype solutions and prepare detailed technical specifications.
• Experience with system capacity analysis and solving complex coding problems within system limitations.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
