Description

Coordinate technical onboarding and operations for SAP RISE PCE, bridging internal cloud, network, IAM, security teams, and System Integrators.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own internal tickets and updates for RISE PCE technical onboarding, including connectivity, identity, and operations workstreams.
• Coordinate private connectivity changes via ExpressRoute, managing routing, allowlists, DNS forwarding, name resolution, and firewall inspection requirements.
• Drive SSO provisioning patterns using Microsoft Entra ID, SAP IAS, IPS, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM, ensuring access governance alignment with SailPoint and CyberArk.
• Stand up SAP Cloud ALM integration end-to-end, configuring monitoring hooks, alerting, and operational processes.
• Define operational handover runbooks, support models, monitoring log forwarding approaches, and DR connectivity readiness.

Required Skills

• SAP Basis and experience with SAP workloads on Azure (hands-on or strong delivery leadership).
• Deep understanding of SAP RISE PCE connectivity patterns and constraints, including private access and controlled ingress/egress.
• Cloud networking expertise: ExpressRoute, VPN, routing, Private DNS, firewall/NVA, and IP planning.
• IAM proficiency: Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA concepts, SAML/OIDC federation, and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP setup, including foundation subaccount/global account configuration, entitlements, and destinations.
• Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL framework knowledge and proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing for cross-team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and documenting operational runbooks and support models.
