Description

You will lead technical developments and solution architecture for SAP projects, specifically managing migrations from ECC to S/4HANA. You will design proof of concepts, set implementation standards, and drive innovation across multi-vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-location and multi-technology teams (ABAP, Fiori, Middleware, Analytics) to deliver solution implementations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including complex planning, status coordination, and operational performance improvements.
• Design proof of concepts, review proposals, provide accurate estimates, and recommend optimal process solutions.
• Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure process consistency and adherence to business controls.
• Lead crisis management, continuous improvement efforts, and resolution of business-critical issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP techno-functional consulting.
• Proven experience migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Strong domain expertise in Finance and Management Accounting, specifically General Ledger processes.
• Technical proficiency in ABAP, SAP Fiori, Middleware, and Analytics.
• Ability to formulate and implement complex technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams involving onsite, nearshore, and offshore resources.
• Broad domain knowledge across different verticals and finance processes.
• Strong negotiation skills for resolving scope changes and business-critical issues.
