Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for complex SAP modules including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori applications to ensure seamless business operations.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and developers to understand technical specifications and map them into comprehensive test scenarios for automation coverage.
• Utilize advanced testing tools such as SAP TAO, Tosca, or UFT to execute large-scale regression suites and perform performance benchmarking across various system landscapes.
• Identify, document, and track software defects within the defect management lifecycle while providing detailed analysis for root cause resolution to improve overall system quality.
• Lead the strategy for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automated tests into existing DevOps workflows for faster and more reliable release cycles.
• Mentor junior team members on automation best practices and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of documentation and software testing excellence
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of dedicated experience in software quality assurance with a specific focus on SAP environment automation and ERP testing methodologies.
• Proven expertise in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python combined with a deep understanding of SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and web-based API testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard test automation tools like Tricentis Tosca, SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (TAO), or Micro Focus UFT is absolutely essential for this role.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP core modules such as SD, MM, PP, or FI/CO to translate complex functional requirements into efficient technical test automation workflows effectively.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex system issues and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, high-pressure, agile project delivery environment.
• Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams located across different time zones.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundation in software engineering principles.Mandatory Skills
  Strong hands-on experience in UFT One (VBScript).
  Experience in SAP Test Automation for SAP GUI and SAP Fiori applications.
  Experience in Web-based Automation Testing using UFT.
  Experience in UFT Framework development, enhancement, and maintenance.
  Hands-on experience in UFT Reporting, including customized execution reports and result analysis.
  Hands-on experience in API Testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
  Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and FICO business processes.
  Experience in test execution, defect reporting, and defect tracking using ALM/JIRA.
  Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
