Description

Lead testing efforts for a large-scale S/4HANA transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide proactive insights on test strategy and test planning.
• Manage, coordinate, and report on UAT activities independently.
• Oversee SIT, RT, and UAT phases to ensure test readiness.
• Perform hands-on testing, test data preparation, and other necessary test preparation activities.
• Lead offshore teams and coordinate with business teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience across SIT, RT, and UAT.
• Functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Logistics modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations and understanding of changes between SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and various SAP products.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different functional areas.
• Experience in test strategy development and test planning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
