Description

Lead SAP test engagements and define strategies for large-scale implementation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and comprehensive test plans for implementation programs.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and analysis meetings to align timelines with the Test COE.
• Identify and plan execution dependencies across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Manage stakeholders and conduct defect triage meetings.
• Define ways of working with third-party systems, including B2B integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading SAP test engagements.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module (SD, MM, or FICO).
• High-level knowledge of S/4 HANA Retail.
• Experience using ALM Test Management tools.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to review estimates and align on project timelines.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex dependencies across hybrid SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
