Description

You will oversee all testing activities for SAP implementations and enhancements, managing the full lifecycle from strategy to defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed SAP test strategies, defining objectives, scope, resources, and schedules.
• Manage the creation and execution of test scripts, cases, and data across SAP modules.
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Mentor testers, manage resource allocation for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, and handle defect root cause analysis.
• Identify testing risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on track.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori testing.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/BI.
• Experience managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Background in defect management and risk management.
