Description

You will lead testing efforts for SAP-related projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate, and schedule testing activities.
• Monitor progress and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholders, including PMs, Business Users, and Developers.
• Lead a team of 3 to 5 members.
• Manage web or SAP manual testing projects.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of testing experience.
• 3+ years of test lead experience.
• Expertise in test planning, estimating, scheduling, and defect management.
• Experience leading web or SAP manual testing projects.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• SAP ECC experience.
