Description

Lead complex SAP testing engagements, managing large offshore teams and ensuring seamless integration of SAP EWM with S/4HANA core modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans (functional, integration, regression, performance) aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
• Lead offshore testing teams of 30+ members through complex SAP programs, covering inbound/outbound logistics, picking, packing, and HU/SU management.
• Ensure seamless integration of decentralized EWM, RF framework, and barcode scanning with S/4HANA core modules (MM, SD, TM) and external systems.
• Manage bug tracking, lead triage calls, and provide executive-level status reporting and KPIs.
• Establish test data management strategies (selection, masking) and ensure environment readiness for EWM testing teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in managing testing projects, with 5+ years specifically in SAP EWM.
• Strong proficiency with SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ALM tools, and Tosca.
• Working knowledge of SAP and SAP EWM architectures.
• Experience leading large teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
