Description

You will lead the end-to-end SAP testing strategy, focusing on functional, integration, UAT, regression, and cutover testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases covering SAP Fiori-based user interfaces.
• Manage onshore and offshore test teams, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and business owners to gather testing requirements.
• Oversee defect management, test data management, and environment readiness.
• Ensure full coverage of SAP Fiori apps, verifying roles, access, navigation, and cross-device compatibility.
• Provide test execution metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• At least one full lifecycle greenfield S/4HANA implementation.
• Proven experience testing SAP Fiori applications for usability, performance, and device compatibility.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, qTest, or JIRA.
• Functional knowledge of core SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA or Fiori certification.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience with test automation for Fiori using Tricentis Tosca or Selenium-based frameworks.
