Description

Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for SAP implementations, owning test strategies, plans, and defect resolution.

On-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, approaches, and detailed test plans for SAP modules.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including functional and non-functional testing execution.
• Coordinate with project teams and business stakeholders to handle test preparation and defect tracking.
• Monitor testing activities, report progress and KPIs to management, and serve as the primary escalation point for the PMO.
• Direct and support the test team, managing testing risks and issues throughout the project.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing environments.
• Proven expertise in developing test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Strong ability to manage both functional and non-functional testing cycles.
• Experience in defect management, risk mitigation, and test metrics reporting.
• Ability to track and report on test KPIs and progress to stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to direct and support a testing team.
• Any Graduate degree.
