Description

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, upgrades, and implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct testing lifecycles for S/4HANA upgrades and new implementations.
• Oversee testing efforts across SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance, and Field Service Management modules.
• Manage testing workflows within the SSAM landscape.
• Lead and coordinate testing teams for major transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Deep functional expertise with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven track record as a Test Manager for large-scale SAP projects.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance.
• Proficiency in Field Service Management (FSM).
• Experience with Service & Asset Management (SSAM) landscape applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience within the Utility domain.
