Description

Lead testing efforts for large-scale S/4HANA transformations. This role owns test strategy, planning, and execution across SIT, RT, and UAT cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide proactive insights on test strategies and test planning.
• Manage, coordinate, and report UAT activities independently.
• Lead offshore teams and coordinate with business teams, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Execute hands-on testing, test data preparation, and other preparation activities as required.
• Oversee SIT, RT, and UAT cycles to ensure test readiness.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of SAP testing experience covering SIT, RT, and UAT.
• Functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, Material Management, and Logistics modules.
• Deep understanding of changes between SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Direct testing experience with S/4HANA migrations.
• Expertise in SAP ERP, SAP HANA, and SAP Testing.
• Proven ability in test strategy, test planning, and test preparation.
• Experience managing stakeholders across diverse functional teams.
