Description

You will lead testing efforts for large-scale SAP projects, managing both manual and automated testing workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-6 testers and guide functional leads and consultants through test requirements, planning, and execution.
• Develop full-cycle test plans and strategies covering Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Guide business users in the development of effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Direct testing activities across the full project lifecycle to ensure functional alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP project testing environments.
• Hands-on functional knowledge in SAP Finance (RTR) or SAP CRM.
• Proven leadership in both Manual Testing and Test Automation.
• Experience with Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing.
• Familiarity with Open Text ALM or equivalent test management tools.
• Experience with Test Automation solutions such as Worksoft or Tosca.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
