Description

Lead testing efforts for large-scale SAP projects, managing manual and automated workstreams and guiding functional leads through planning and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-6 testers and direct testing activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop full-cycle test plans and strategies covering Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Guide business users in developing effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Ensure functional alignment by guiding consultants through test requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP project testing environments.
• Hands-on functional knowledge in SAP Finance (RTR) or SAP CRM.
• Proven leadership in both Manual Testing and Test Automation.
• Experience with Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression, and Performance Testing.
• Familiarity with Open Text ALM or equivalent test management tools.
• Experience with Test Automation solutions such as Worksoft or Tosca.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
