Description

Lead end-to-end testing for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement overall SAP testing strategy across unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
• Lead cross-functional testing teams covering FICO, MM, SD, HCM, and SuccessFactors modules.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts using HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Tricentis Tosca, or Jira.
• Coordinate test data preparation, environment setup, and defect management.
• Drive automation initiatives and monitor execution metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP testing, with at least 5 years in a test management role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and migration projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, ECC, and business process integration points.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools like Jira.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Certified Test Manager or SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA.
• Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM or SAFe.
