Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts and manage a distributed onshore and offshore QA team to ensure high-quality SAP deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a geographically distributed QA team, emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement.
• Design and execute an automation roadmap using SAP TOSCA to scale test coverage.
• Develop, maintain, and review detailed test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing clear evidence of testing coverage and presenting results to testers.
• Track and report on QA metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and automation progress.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP QA Manager or Lead experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL modules.
• Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams.
• Technical knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration with upstream systems like Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.
• 2+ years of Business Analysis or QA experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
• Proven ability to create test cases, analyze failures, and independently maintain or fix test scripts.
• Experience in application maintenance, enhancement, and production support.
• Strong background in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, and bug analysis.
