Description

You will lead the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle and quality assurance strategy for large-scale programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SAP test strategy, test plans, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage the full test lifecycle including planning, preparation, execution, defect tracking, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional test teams consisting of functional, technical, and automation specialists.
• Ensure test environments and data are available and meet project requirements.
• Manage testing risks, issues, and escalations while providing regular status reports and metrics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years as an SAP Test Manager.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with HP ALM and Jira.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, or SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore test teams.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) or Tricentis Tosca.
