Description

Lead end-to-end testing for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall SAP testing strategy covering unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
• Lead cross-functional testing teams across multiple SAP modules.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate test data preparation, environment setup, and defect management.
• Monitor test execution, track progress, and report metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP testing, including 5+ years in a test management role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA testing and migration projects.
• Proficiency with SAP modules including FICO, MM, SD, HCM, and SuccessFactors.
• Experience using HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and integration points.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum certifications such as CSM or SAFe.
