Description

You will lead the Test Management Office and oversee the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement the overall QA strategic approach and participate in project roadmap discussions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, estimations, and cutover plans.
• Manage testing RAID logs, identifying mitigation plans and driving risks to successful closure.
• Coordinate UAT planning, defect triaging, and issue resolution sessions across multi-vendor teams.
• Report testing status to project teams and steering committees.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing methodologies across all test levels.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience across multiple SAP functional areas.
• Proven ability to manage a Test Management Office.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through testing and cutover phases.
• Expertise in defect management and conducting defect triage sessions.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
