Description

You will lead testing strategy and execution for large-scale SAP upgrade projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for SAP upgrades.
• Lead internal testers and third-party testing partners.
• Design, execute, and monitor test cases, scripts, and data across SAP modules.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align testing with objectives.
• Track defects and drive resolution with development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP testing on large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test cases, and test scripts.
• Expertise in test management and automation tools such as UiPath or Tricentis.
• Proven experience managing testing teams and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting performance and regression testing.
• Ability to improve testing processes and methodologies for efficiency.
