Description

You will manage the quality assurance process for SAP projects, owning the test strategy, execution, and defect lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and schedule to define quality objectives.
• Verify requirements documentation and build a Requirements Traceability Matrix linking test cases to scope.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define End-to-End scenarios and lead detailed test case creation.
• Lead defect triage meetings and manage the defect lifecycle to ensure process adherence.
• Oversee Functional, SIT, UAT, and Non-Functional test execution, tracking results and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing management.
• Expertise in Functional, SIT, and UAT testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Test Management tools for logging test cases and results.
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans.
• Experience in preparing test environments and managing test data.
• Skill in creating and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Proven ability to lead testing teams and manage defect resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP-specific testing frameworks.
