You will lead cross-functional testing and end-to-end scenarios for Release Unit 2 within an S/4 programme.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive all activities required for test preparation, execution, and coordination across multiple organizational units.
• Plan and integrate superusers for final integration tests and specialist areas for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate test data management, test automation, and shift-left strategies within your area of responsibility.
• Implement and develop testing governance in collaboration with other testing experts.
• Manage stakeholder communications and dependencies across various work organizations to ensure testing alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test management specifically for S/4 projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior test manager in large-scale projects or programs.
• 5+ years of practical experience adapting agile testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, SAP Solution Manager Testsuite, Xray for Jira, and qTest.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation and ATDD.
• Proven project management experience.
• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science.
• Business fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
