Description

Lead validation and testing activities across the full software development life cycle for SAP modules, with a focus on S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation for all testing types, supporting implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
• Drive defect triage calls across various testing cycles to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, monitor, and distribute testing metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
• Recommend test approaches and strategies to improve overall delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Expertise in S/4 HANA testing.
• Proven experience with regression testing and test automation.
• Deep knowledge of the software testing life cycle and project management.
• Experience managing both customer and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and implement testing tools and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an SAP Project Manager for implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
• Experience acting as an onsite lead coordinator for global onsite-offshore delivery models.
