Description

You will lead end-to-end test management and quality assurance strategy for SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategy plans, release schedules, and backlog prioritization.
• Define quality metrics, governance structures, and baseline reporting using ALM and qTest.
• Collaborate with functional architects to improve test coverage and reduce execution times.
• Manage defect lifecycles, ensuring accurate prioritization, assignment, and status tracking.
• Oversee test artifact maintenance in Jira and qTest according to established guidelines.
• Create and manage dashboards for weekly and monthly stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of SAP testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tools.
• Expertise in end-to-end test management and QA methodologies.
• Experience with qTest, Jira, and ALM for test management and reporting.
• Proven track record in establishing test delivery best practices and process templates.
• Experience with change management documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CSV GxP compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
