Description

Lead SAP testing activities across manual, regression, functional, end-to-end, performance, automation, and UAT workstreams. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design testing strategies for SAP on-premise and cloud environments.
• Lead and facilitate testing workshops to define requirements across multiple domains.
• Guide team members to ensure delivery of testing objectives against established test plans.
• Coordinate testing efforts between onsite, offshore, customer, and partner teams across geographies.
• Perform data quality analysis and reporting to support business technology teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience, including implementation of various testing tools.
• At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations completed.
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA, SAP CAR, and Ariba.
• Experience defining test strategies, plans, scripts, and cases for Procure to Pay and Record to Report functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of manual, automation, and performance testing tools.
• Experience supporting third-party tools such as Retalix/PHQ and Portals.
