Description

You will lead testing strategy and execution for SAP implementation projects across the Miami, FL office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, defining scope and objectives for SAP implementations.
• Lead design, creation, and execution of test cases across functional, integration, and UAT phases for FICO, MM, and SD modules.
• Identify, track, and manage defects in SAP systems, coordinating resolution with functional and technical teams.
• Coordinate test environment setup, data availability, and manage test execution across the SAP landscape.
• Generate test execution reports and mentor junior testing resources on SAP testing practices.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP testing for implementations.
• Experience testing SAP functional modules including FICO, MM, SD, and HR.
• Familiarity with SAP testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager or HP ALM.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies: manual, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex business processes.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior testers while coordinating across multiple project teams.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or testing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
