Description

You will lead SAP testing efforts by designing strategies and managing end-to-end execution across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for SAP projects.
• Lead a team of testers by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing deliverables against quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and IT teams to align testing with project scope and objectives.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot root causes and resolve system defects or performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP testing activities.
• Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Proficiency with test management tools including HP ALM, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools such as SAP CBTA, UFT, or Selenium.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP integration technologies.
• SAP or ISTQB certification.
