Description

You own end-to-end SAP testing strategies and execution across functional, integration, regression, and performance domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for SAP projects.
• Manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables against quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align testing scope with project objectives.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while communicating status updates.
• Troubleshoot root causes of system defects or performance bottlenecks with functional and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP testing activities.
• Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
• Proficiency with test management tools: HP ALM, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools such as SAP CBTA, UFT, or Selenium.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• SAP or ISTQB certification.
