Description

You will lead and manage testing activities for large SAP transformation projects, owning the overall program delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall project management for large SAP testing programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Create key testing documentation, including test strategy, test plan, and test schedule based on client input.
• Manage onsite and offshore interactions, providing daily status reports and handling escalations.
• Lead SAP program testing for S/4 HANA migration, implementation, and rollout projects.
• Participate in leadership meetings to provide program insights.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA landscapes.
• Expert knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM).
• Proven experience in Program Test Management for large SAP migrations.
• Deep understanding of software testing life cycles and testing processes.
• Proficiency in SAP ALM and demonstrating ALM workflows.
• Experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAP pre-sales activities.
