You will configure and manage SAP Transportation Management (TM) processes to ensure seamless transportation planning and execution across S/4HANA or decentralized landscapes.

There is no work-mode line because is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0.

Responsibilities

• Handle freight unit building, transportation cockpit planning, and the full freight order lifecycle.
• Oversee rate and charge management, tendering, subcontracting, and freight settlement to ensure financial accuracy.
• Implement manual and optimizer-based planning strategies, including carrier collaboration and execution monitoring.
• Manage integration touchpoints between logistics and finance, ensuring data consistency across the system.
• Define requirements for custom enhancements when standard SAP functionality does not meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
• Deep understanding of transportation scenarios across road, ocean, air, parcel, and intermodal environments.
• Proficiency in SAP TM master data structures and organizational design.
• Experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Ability to leverage SAP standard functionality and identify gaps requiring custom solutions.
• Strong grasp of freight settlement and charge management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with embedded TM in S/4HANA.
