Description

You will lead the end-to-end functional design and implementation of SAP Transportation Management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops to gather requirements and showcase SAP TM capabilities.
• Design end-to-end solutions, identify RICEFs, and produce implementation, testing, and go-live plans.
• Configure SAP TM sub-modules including Transportation Planning, Freight Order Management, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.
• Manage offshore teams through solution delivery, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with OTC, eWM, and RTR value streams to resolve cross-functional integration topics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of functional experience with 5+ years in a lead capacity.
• Expertise in SAP TM configuration (Basic and Advanced).
• Hands-on experience with Freight Cost Calculation, Charge Management, and Multi-modal Support.
• Proficiency in Route Optimization, Load Optimization, Scheduling, and Resource Management.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP TM with SAP eWM, OTC/SD, and MM.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with 3rd party software solutions.
• Strong ability to design solutions across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Degree in any graduate field.
