Description

You will serve as the functional expert for SAP GTM and TPM on HANA within the sales process domain.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and document solutions, including business flows, integration process flows, and functional design documents.
• Elicit requirements from decision makers and end-users to define system goals and resolve business system issues.
• Analyze existing systems to improve efficiency while maintaining fit-to-standard processes to minimize custom development.
• Support cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed system implementations.
• Assist in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4 or SAP TPM (CRM/BW).
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTM and TPM on HANA.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in SDLC business validation documentation, including User Requirements Specifications and Functional Specifications.
• Experience with technical documentation such as Design and Configuration specifications.
• Proven ability in requirement elicitation, as-is/to-be analysis, and business process modeling.
• Experience managing sales processes such as Sales Volume Planning, Trade Promotions Management, and Sales Settlements.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies including SAP or Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Consumer Goods industry.
