Description

You will lead the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of SAP and S/4HANA training sessions across classroom, virtual, and train-the-trainer formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials including presentations, handouts, and system demonstrations.
• Collaborate with other trainers to evolve training concepts using modern didactic methods.
• Ensure all learning measures comply with internal quality standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, document results, and communicate findings internally.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP or S/4HANA training for software and IT solutions.
• Deep knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, or SAP ERP.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end process: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, engineer-to-order, service-to-customer, plan-to-procure, inbound-to-outbound, record-to-report, or master data management.
• Strong instructional design skills for creating engaging training content.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft platform, specifically Office and Teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple, understandable manner.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes.

Preferred Skills

• Certified SAP consultant in one or more modules.
• Experience with SAP ERP transformation projects.
