Description

Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP TM modules to optimize logistics operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy SAP TM across Freight Planning, Execution, Carrier Selection, Settlement, and Track and Trace.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications through structured requirement gathering.
• Design integrated solutions in collaboration with EWM, SD, MM, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Drive enhancements in Shipment Planning, Carrier Collaboration, Charge Management, and Freight Costing.
• Resolve production issues via root-cause analysis to ensure system stabilization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM.
• Expertise in SAP TM embedded within S/4HANA and integration with EWM and ECC.
• Deep configuration experience in complex EWM environments within SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of Transportation Planning, Load Building, Tendering, Scheduling, Execution, and Settlement.
• Proficiency configuring Freight Agreements, Freight Units, and Transportation Units.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between TM and SD, MM, and FICO modules.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real-time transportation visibility solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in transportation.
