Description

Lead the design and configuration of SAP Transportation Management processes within a global template framework. You will analyze as-is business processes and design to-be workflows based on SAP DTS and TM global templates. Your work involves configuring and maintaining S/4HANA components, including Order Management, Freight Planning, Tendering, Execution, Monitoring, and Settlement. You will lead design sessions and blueprint workshops while mentoring team members on technology and application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP Transportation Management processes within global templates.
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to provide system guidance.
• Configure S/4HANA components for Order Management, Freight Planning, Tendering, Execution, Monitoring, and Settlement.
• Lead SAP design sessions and blueprint workshops with CxO stakeholders.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, preferably in Consulting Services.
• Deep expertise in configuring SAP S/4HANA components.
• Experience with SAP design sessions and blueprinting.
• Ability to analyze and review complex business processes.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with CxO level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and transfer technical knowledge.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 100%.
• Strong independent problem-solving and presentation skills.
