Lead functional SAP Transportation Management implementations and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end OTR and DTR processes, including planning, scheduling, and freight execution.
• Configure SAP TM Charge Management using rate tables, scales, calculation sheets, and freight agreements.
• Maintain SAP TM Master Data, including Business Partners, transportation networks, and resources.
• Integrate SAP TM with EWM, Freight Collaboration, and third-party software providers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of functional experience in SAP Transportation Management.
• Proven track record of 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations on S/4 HANA.
• Deep knowledge of SAP TM Master Data: Locations, Routes, Zones, Vehicles, Trailers, and HU.
• Expertise in planning profiles, condition optimizer, carrier selection, and tendering.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM and Freight Collaboration integration.
• Experience integrating with SAP LBN, Project 44, PC Miler, and SMC3.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Understanding of ABAP concepts including debugging, BADI, functional modules, and ALV Reports.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP LBN, specifically Dock Appointment Scheduling.
