Description

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Transportation Management processes for global business requirements.

You will own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA TM implementation, from blueprinting to configuration and stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP design sessions and blueprint workshops aligned with global templates and business needs.
• Analyze current transport management processes and design optimized to-be workflows.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA components including Order Management, Freight Planning, Tendering, Execution, Monitoring, and Settlement.
• Mentor team members on technology, architecture, and application delivery.
• Guide business stakeholders on system usage and technical advancements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting services.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA with hands-on Order Management and Freight Planning.
• Proven ability in SAP design and blueprinting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for CxO-level interaction.
• Leadership and independent problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience and knowledge of SAP SD in S/4HANA.
