Description

Lead the design and configuration of SAP Transportation Management processes to align with global templates and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes within the Transport Management work stream to design optimized to-be processes.
• Lead SAP design sessions and blueprint workshops based on SAP DTS and TM global templates.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA components including Order Management, Freight Planning, Tendering, Execution, Monitoring, and Settlement.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on appropriate SAP system usage and technical advancements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience, preferably in Consulting Services.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with Order Management and Freight Planning.
• Proven ability in SAP design and blueprinting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at the CxO level.
• Demonstrated leadership and independent problem-solving skills.
• Extensive travel capability, up to 100%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience and knowledge of SD in S/4HANA.
