Description

You will configure and support SAP Travel Management solutions for expense processing, workflow tracking, and FI postings across hybrid locations in India.

Responsibilities

• Configure travel management modules including travel requests, expense processes, and advance/recovery workflows.
• Manage wage types, expense types, and FI postings to ensure accurate financial integration.
• Track and optimize workflow processes for travel and expense approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant T-codes and underlying database tables to troubleshoot configuration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Travel Management configuration.
• Deep understanding of wage types and expense type definitions.
• Proven ability to manage FI postings related to travel and expenses.
• Strong knowledge of workflow process design and tracking mechanisms.
• Practical experience with travel request and expense process lifecycle.
• Familiarity with advance and recovery processes within SAP.
• Working knowledge of SAP T-codes and table structures for configuration support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting hybrid deployment models across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of integration points between Travel Management and other SAP modules.
