Description

You will manage and optimize service management processes within complex environments. You configure and maintain Equipment Master data and oversee end-to-end service notification and repair processes. You manage service-related billing processes and optimize workflows for depot and third-party repairs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Equipment Master data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP Service modules (CS, SM).
• Deep expertise in Service Notifications and Field Repairs.
• Experience managing Depot Repairs and 3rd-party repairs.
• Strong understanding of RMA processes.
• Proficiency in Warranty Management.
• Knowledge of Service Contracts.
• Ability to handle service-related billing configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in any field.
