Description

Design, configure, and implement SAP Treasury and Investment Management solutions, focusing on investment functionality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into functional design specifications and business blueprint documents.
  • Analyze business processes to define detailed functional requirements and prototypes for daily, monthly, and year-end activities.
  • Configure SAP investment functionality and collaborate with technical teams to integrate bank interfaces and financial institution connections.
  • Coordinate with development teams to define technical requirements, create test environments, and manage the release process to production.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to IT and business users to ensure post-engagement maintenance of functionality and reporting.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience implementing SAP, including at least 4 large-scale implementations of Investment Management.
  • Proven experience in the public sector (state, federal, or county organizations) is mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Treasury Management, including Cash Management and Debt Management disciplines.
  • Expertise in creating interfaces with banks and other financial organizations.
  • Strong understanding of reporting and analytics principles using tools like SAP BusinessObjects universes for investment dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to create comprehensive business blueprint documents and functional design specifications.
  • Experience supporting data flow, data quality, and reporting teams to improve data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field.
