Description

You will own end-to-end SAP solution implementations, focusing on Treasury and Risk Management modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementations within agreed service levels.
• Recommend and execute process improvements to optimize existing workflows.
• Manage client relationships through direct communication and technical networking.
• Deliver high-standard technical work with strict attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM Manager or Customer Service roles.
• Proven track record of at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Deep expertise in SAP Treasury: Fixed Deposits, Forex, Investments, and Bank Guarantees (BG).
• Knowledge of Treasury and Provident Fund expertise for PF trusts.
• Mandatory sound knowledge of the SAP FI module.
• Working knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management).
• Skill set in Fund Management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the IT Services and Venture Capital / Private Equity industry.
• Experience working in the Public Sector.
