Description

Implement, customize, and support SAP TRM solutions to optimize financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new TRM solutions to expand the product catalog.
• Support the Practice Lead and Practice Head with strategy activities and roadmap definition.
• Communicate with customers to coach them on appropriate solutions and effective project paths.
• Identify project delays and proactively seek mitigation strategies.
• Participate in recruitment drives and conduct interviews to assess candidate skill sets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP TRM implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on knowledge of treasury and risk management processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
• Exposure to implementation methodologies including ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and system customization.
• Ability to coach and convince clients on technical solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in strategic planning within financial technology domains.
