Description

Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP UI5 Developer with strong expertise in modern UI
engineering and SAP BTP services. The role focuses on designing and delivering usercentric
applications on SAP Build Work Zone, leveraging BTP services, UI5, and cloud-native
integration capabilities. The position also involves working across hybrid landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize SAP UI5 applications using BAS, focused on SAP BTP Workzone
experiences
- Develop modern UI components, themes, and responsive layouts aligned with UX
standards
- Configure and manage Work Zone content, spaces, and federated integrations
- Integrate applications with backend systems using OData, REST services, and SAP
Integration Suite
- Support extensible application development using cloud and model-driven approaches
- Perform full lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, and
documentation
- Ensure security compliance for applications deployed on BTP
- Develop applications using no code platforms like OutSystems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 to 12 years of SAP UI experience with multiple implementations
- Strong SAP UI5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Build Work Zone, and Integration Suite
- Hands on experience in Low code environment like Outsystems highly preferred
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and middleware concepts
- Exposure to hybrid environments including portal-based applications
- Familiarity with rapid application development and low-code concepts across enterprise
platforms
- Knowledge of secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
Preferred / Value Add
- Experience with SAP Build Apps or Process Automation
- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and reusable services
- Familiarity with low-code application platforms such as OutSystems or similar
environments
- UX and accessibility standards understanding
