Description

Manage end-to-end US Payroll processes and configurations within SAP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the BSI tax factory, including tax update bulletin application and testing.
• Manage garnishment, benefits, and wage type setups, including payment models and taxability.
• Execute payroll postings to finance and manage direct deposit and check configurations.
• Implement and support positive and negative time management, including time evaluation and schema updates.
• Perform production support, root cause analysis, and resolution for configuration, development, and data issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP US Payroll.
• Proven track record of at least two end-to-end full lifecycle US Payroll implementations.
• Deep knowledge of payroll schemas and rules.
• Experience with BSI tax factory configuration and maintenance.
• Expertise in US payroll taxes and garnishment configuration.
• Experience integrating and interfacing third-party vendors with SAP.
• Competency in implementing and testing HR service packs and legal notes.
• Ability to configure and test remuneration statements.
• Experience with year-end testing procedures.
