Description

Define and own the UX vision, architecture, and design systems for SAP programs including S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish UX principles, design patterns, and guidelines aligned with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines to ensure consistency across modules.
• Conduct user research, create personas, map journeys, and translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
• Design, build, and review SAP Fiori apps (analytical, transactional, and freestyle) in collaboration with functional consultants.
• Define and maintain a component library and design system, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and enterprise compliance.
• Validate designs through usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and act as UX governance for custom developments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX strategy and architecture for enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and SAP UX principles.
• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, and SuccessFactors ecosystems.
• Proficiency in user research methods, journey mapping, and task analysis.
• Ability to create wireframes, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with developers and functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading UX governance and evangelism within large-scale SAP transformations.
